The most valuable legacy of our founder Hacı İsmail Arsoy is the above statement. Although generations have passed, we continue to embrace this principle without making no compromise. İpek Soudjouks got a start in the meat world under the leadership of Hacı İsmail Arsoy, who was known as “Portakal (”Orange” in English)” in the 1900s. Hacı İsmail Arsoy, who has become one of the respected names of the livestock and butchery community, has soon become a name that the people of Afyon trust in their trade. Hacı İsmail Arsoy (Orange) is our founder, started production in Afyon under the name of İpek Soudjouks in 1920 with the best technology of those days. Hacı İsmail Arsoy, who created the genuine, delicious flavor, handed over the unforgettable flavor formula to Hacı Kemal Arsoy in the early 1950s.

When the date shows the year 1952, Hacı Kemal Arsoy, who took over as the 2nd Generation, achieved an unforgettable title in Afyon and its surroundings without making no compromising in taste, hygiene and quality. On the other hand, he wanted to separate butchery and soudjouk production due to the intensity that comes together with the acceleration of the works. Accordingly, Hacı Kemal Arsoy was ready to hand over the unique formula of İpek Soudjouks to his son.

When the date shows the year 1980, Ahmet Arsoy, who took over the business as the 3rd Generation when he was a young boy, made a change and set out with the slogan “We Put Our Name in Front of Our Brand”. – Ahmet Arsoy, who undertook this great task, felt the need for a product that appeals to the palate in 1985. In Afyon Organized Industrial Zone, Ahmet İpek Soudjouks managed to incorporate the first “integrated meat facility” with a total area of 28.000 m2 including an indoor area of 12.000 m2 and an outdoor area of 16.000 m2.

This integrated meat plant is primarily the first integrated plant of Afyon and also the first factory of Organized Industrial Zone. Ahmet Arsoy, who has succeeded in being the pioneer of the first ones since the beginning of his career, spread to Central Anatolia, especially after the demands started in Afyon and its surroundings. The enterprise, which started with retail production, has reached a production capacity stated in tons. Thereby, he achieved a rightful reputation and a significant market share in Turkey. With ever-increasing demand in Turkey, it has always adopted the principle of increasing the rising quality chart and has never compromised on its mission. Ahmet İpek Soudjouks, which started with soudjouk production, started to produce healthy, safe and delicious products as a fully integrated facility by adding salami, sausage, pastrami and fried meat in a short span of time. Ahmet İpek Soudjouks brought quality and technology to the 2000s as the 3rd generation. Our company is among the first in “integrated feed facilities” in Turkey. Ahmet İpek Soudjouks was founded in Afyon and soon became one of the leading companies in the soudjouk sector in Turkey.

“When the date shows 2015, Ahmet İpek Soudjouks incorporated a new meat processing plant and production facility with state-of-the-art machinery equipment in accordance with EU standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including an indoor area of 10,000 m2. It is one of the leading companies in the sector in Turkey with its experienced and expert staff working in the integrated meat facility, which is established in Afyon today and has a daily slaughter capacity of 300 live animals and a daily processing capacity of 30 tons and 15 tons. We continue to make no compromise on our traditional and natural production approach by crowning the soudjouks obtained from animals raised from feed farms with many quality certificates. At the end of almost 100 years of devotion, we can easily say that Ahmet İpek products have “taste experience”.
